V2-R1.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, V2-R1.com is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants.

V2-R1.com will not be be liable to USER or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits arising from use of the Site or its service, even if V2-R1.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, V2-R1.com, liability to user for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by user to V2-R1.com, for the Service during the term of membership.
2. If there is any dispute about V2-R1.com and/or the Service, user unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Mumbai, India only.

• Any virus, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information for which V2-R1.com shall not be liable for any default in the operation.
• User hereby confirm that as on date of registration,they have not registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber list with any telecom operator / authority. Even if it is registered as a Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber, user hereby confirm that he do not have any objection to receive messages (promotional or otherwise) from V2-R1.com or any of its affiliate companies.
• The Company may schedule downtime in the Website for maintenance purposes and suspend any service by posting a notice of such downtime on the Website or such other manner as it deems fit. If there is any unscheduled down time in the Website during which no User can access any service, V2-R1.com shall use all reasonable endeavors to promptly restore the Website to its proper operating condition and notify the Users as soon as reasonably practicable after the Website is available for use again.
